When it comes to desserts or cookies in this meaning I’m pleased quite easily: just add chocolate and I’m happy as a four-leaved clove. It’s really that simple. And please leave any preserved lemon or orange peel out of it – no cookie recipe deserves that.
So over the years I tried a few recipes and the following are some of my favorite. They are in no particular order, just the 3 best chocolate cookies recipes I tested and approved over the years.
