It‘s the 2. Advent and there are still no candles on my wreath - due to lockdown I missed the opportunity to buy 4 similar candles.

Made my balcone winter-ready and harvested all the basil.

And what do you do when life gives you a huge bunch of basil?
Right, you make pesto.

Now I have enough to get me through the Italian cravings in winter!

I just had a discussion with somebody about how I love this time of the year and getting dark early.
It‘s just the best to make some hot tea, light a candle and craft. (Not so good for taking crystal clear and bright pictures though.)
I started a new bigger punch needle project just for this.

I created a reel before I even tried the rosehip j

I created a reel before I even tried the rosehip jam I made.
Now after a few weeks in the jar I can tell you: the smile is sincere.
I may or may not have eaten hald a jar yesterday and today. No regrets!

Seeing some light at the end. Felt stressed and overwhelmed the past two weeks but the past two days (with plenty of water, time with family and friends as well as some activities) have worked wonders.
Also I realized that I don‘t need to do every task on my own and before my holiday.
